When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. The 'Golden Padlock' sign will appear as well as the URL changing from 'http' to 'https' (the 's' standing for secure).

Payment

We are happy to take payment by credit card/debit card, PayPal, cheque or postal order. If payment is made by cheque, we will send out your item as soon as the cheque clears.

For credit card payments, please call 01282 79 80 90. We can only send deliveries to the card billing address.
Guarantee

We are extremely confident that you will love these sofas. If you are not completely happy with them, you can return them to us within seven days and as long as they are still in brand new condition we will give you a full refund. We regret that we are not able to refund the delivery cost.

Please ONLY sign the delivery receipt if you are completely satisfied with the condition of the sofas upon delivery.
